Aug 12th was the day we got the call that our highest hopes had become a reality! Rebecca is to be a sister!! I took several tests, just for fun, to see the positive result. After YEARS of heart ache and negative results, the time has finally come for our family to grow. We feel very blessed!!!
We found out that we'll have TWINS on August 28th! On that very day, there was a gorgeous double rainbow outside. Rebecca said, "Heavenly Father sent these rainbows for our family because He knew it was a special day!!" I know she's right. We had our neighbors take a picture of our family.
Here's the clearest profile we got of one of our cuties (though this is from a month later, 12 weeks. The day we found out they were twins, they only looked like little beans.)
WE COULD NOT BE MORE EXCITED!!! ALL OF US :) We had a scavenger hunt for Rebecca to find out how many babies there were, since we knew it was 25% chance we would have twins. We have a video of her jumping up and down, saying..."I wanted twins!!!" She will be the best big sister to them.
