Bachmann's Lately

I felt the need for an update!  Most of our pictures are now on Instagram.  I've been printing Chatbooks from there for our family history.  I have to say, this blog helped make my early mommying years all the more enjoyable.  I got to taste all the sweet moments again and again as I journal-ed them and then looked them over, time after time.  The next step is to print this baby!  And speaking of babies, I sure love mine.  I cannot express how glad I am that infertility is in the past and our family is here an thriving.  I'm a blessed lady!!  In conclusion, life is good!  And follow me on instagram.  xoxoxoxo

Valentine's Day

I made the above collage for instagram!  Here was Rebecca at breakfast and my twinners in the belly.  And a picture of us from 2009ish at the salt flats.
I went to Rebecca's school for the Valentine's party!  So much fun.  I made these hats for everyone too.  I love my Rebecca soooooo much!!!

the next night Jorg and I had our Valentine's date!  We went to Texas Road House.  We had to wait for quite a while and were standing, which was very uncomfortable.  One of the hostesses noticed and gave us a free appetizer.  We chose fried pickles!  Perfect for a pregnant gal!  I sure love my handsome sweet Valentine.

I can't believe how lucky I am to have this wonderful family of mine!  They threw me a baby shower.  Such a special wonderful evening.  And Birgit was able to come down too.  She made the cake!

January 2014

Getting bigger with those twinners!  Here are some comparison shots from when I was preggs with Rebecca.
Happy Birthday, Birgit!!!  They came down to go to Tucanos and then Jim had cake for her at our house after.  We love Omi!!!!
Jorg brought this big box home from Pugs and she had a ball decorating and playing and (ahem) watching T.V. in it!

First Grade and Christmas Break Fun!

Our girl was a conductor on the train in her First Grade Play:  The Little Engine Who Could!

I got to go and help her class with gingerbread houses

Then school was out AND Jorg had the week off!!!  So we made a calendar of all the activities we wanted to do!  We each got to choose a day to plan.  We did everything on our calendar (except for the raqulette lunch on Christmas Eve because we weren't super hungry).  We made some special memories.
