Happy Birthday, Omi!

Jim and Birgit were in Germany and Norway for 6 weeks over the holidays! We got to celebrate Birgit's birthday this past Monday when they came for a visit.  Even though she was the one giving us presents!

Running Around the House

 
I was practicing my action shots (from the couch since I was sick with the flu) as she was running around the house the other day.

A Morning Camp-Out/Picnic

Rebecca planned a camp-out picnic for her and her baby dolls.  The bed canopy is the forest.  The umbrellas were the tents.  Then she dumped every doll, every piece of doll clothing, and every piece of fake food, and tea set dishes she owns onto her bed.  I love how she entertains herself! (I didn't love when it was time to put a tired girl to bed that night and we had to clean it all up :)

Her favorite present was the lip gloss that Jorg brought back for me.  It didn't take her long to claim it :)

She made it until midnight, but retired on the stairs soon after.

Danny needs our Help!

I know this blog doesn't get tons of traffic...but...I wanted to get the word out!...

I have a cousin named Dan. He is a big handsome cuddly guy with a great personality and sense of humor. I love this guy! Dan happens to have a very large brain tumor and needs surgery soon. Some family members are putting together a benefit concert to help cover the costs he will face. Jason Hewlett will be the main entertainer. There will also be music by my talented brother Joel Aldrich! And my cousins, Delightra and Rachel with perform with their rockin' band, No Limits.
