This momma went on a hike with her girl while daddy was in Chicago. She had been asking to hike the 'Y' for a couple of weeks.
I love being her mom!!! As we were sitting there, she said, "momma...this is like a dream come true!" It was one of those perfect moments that you just want to remember forever.
When a hike is her idea, she's a strong, motivated, animated, sweet little hiker! I kept pretending to whine asking, "can we just go ba-ack now??" and she calmly and firmly reminded me that we had pinky promised to climb to the very top.
