The library had a summer reading program. She filled out a passport and earned prizes and activities for reading. We rode our bikes to the library several times this year too. It was way fun. At the end, they had a huge party at the park. She had to read 5 days a week for 20 minutes. That was a snap for us, since she LOVES book. Always has. It's not uncommon to find her sitting with a stack of books around the house - in her room, the family room, living room, our room, toy room... I have baskets with books all around the house. She drags them around, so they might as well have a home.
One of the activities they had was a magic show and I happened to have my camera.
She sat and watched really well. Until Taylor and Elle met up with us. Then she wasn't much interested in paying attention as much as just goofing off! But this guy was great. We like it!
