We had such a fun, fun trip to Park City. I actually forgot (gasp) my camera and had to wait to get pictures to post. So thanks to Kim and Emily for the awesome pictures! I publish our blog, so when I finally catch up to this post, I'll get it back to it's proper place in June. (In case anyone was worried!)
The events ot the trip were:
chillaxin and swimming at the hotel,
morning walks with my dad (and an exclusive breakfast for moi and him...shhhh...it was secret),
a train ride on the Heber Creeper, The Alpine Slide, Coaster (Rebecca LOVED them both and was so brave), and Kiddie Rides.
walks to the park
a spa day for the girls
and eating yummy stuff
AND cuddling that cute baby William!

The Road to Duel Citizenship
Jorg had his interview last week with the INS for duel citizenship. He had to take a U.S. Government and History exam as part of the process. Which, of course, he passed 100%, but he still tried to make me quiz him every night for weeks before the exam! Sometimes I said yes, but it was pointless because he always got them right. He has been counting down to this day for months and was relieved that everything went well!
Rebecca and I hung out at the Aquarium while he was at his interview. It was a fun day!

Saying Goodbye to Friends
Lili Perez is our neighbor and she and Rebecca were in dance and preschool together last year. They are moving to California and we'll miss them! As the only two girls in our little preschool, these two had a bit of a hard time sharing their girly toys withe each other. But by the end of preschool, they had it worked out. And Lili wrote about Rebecca in her preschool journal: "Rebecca is a good friend because when we play, she lets me be the princess and she is the unicorn!"
We will miss the Perez family!
